At Fluid Energy, we see an SLA simply as a clarification of duties. After an onsite assessment we draft a “needs analysis” and with the client, agree on who is responsible for which duties. We do not see an SLA as a mechanism to charge for work not done or for a client to not pay for services rendered, but rather a mechanism to create an environment of clear expectations with predictable outcomes, thereby mitigating the consequences of equipment failure, downtime and production losses.

Fluid Energy is a supplier of light and heavy boiler fuels. We have tankers and a logistics team ready to be of service to you. After a site assessment and “needs analysis” we will make recommendations that are site specific and negotiate a deal tailored specifically to these needs.
